Strategic Planning

Our Strategic Planning service helps schools define their vision, mission, and goals, and develop actionable plans to achieve them. We facilitate strategic thinking and collaborative planning sessions to secure agreement and strong buy-in on the unique strengths of the smaller learning community, challenges, and short-, medium-, and long-range goals. We also set up evaluation metrics to identify success.
